It started with my own skin.

For years, skincare was something I kept trying to figure out. I moved between local favourites and internationally recognised brands, trying different formulas and learning along the way.

Over time, skincare became more than a routine. I wanted to understand why certain ingredients were used, what concentrations actually meant, and what made one formula more considered than another.

The more I learned, the clearer one belief became:

Good skincare should be led by ingredients, purpose and formulation — not simply by trends.

That belief became the beginning of LAVYN.

A gap I couldn’t ignore

As I became more conscious of formulation and ingredients, I noticed something else: many of the products and newer skincare innovations I was interested in were either difficult to access in Pakistan or came at prices that put them out of reach for many people.

I wanted LAVYN to bridge that gap — bringing a more globally informed approach to skincare to Pakistan, without simply recreating what was already on the shelf.

One brand, two markets

LAVYN was initially envisioned by my husband for Amazon USA, where he began building the brand for the US market.

But I kept coming back to Pakistan.

If we were creating something we genuinely believed in, I wanted people here to experience it too. So while LAVYN found its place on Amazon USA, I set out to bring that same vision home to Pakistan.

Two markets, one shared vision — and the same standard behind every LAVYN formula.

The standard behind LAVYN

We chose to have our formulas developed in Australia, where the approach to formulation, quality and research aligned with the standard we wanted for LAVYN.

Our first formula reflects that philosophy: a clinically-informed, dermatologist-favoured formulation, supported by HPLC verification, third-party COA and challenge testing.

Because for us, precision is not simply how a product looks on the shelf. It is what sits behind the formula.

What we stand for

LAVYN was never created to become just another skincare label.

It was created to make science-backed skincare easier to understand, to encourage more informed choices, and to create formulas where every ingredient has a reason to be there.

We are starting with one product — thoughtfully formulated, carefully considered, and made with a clear purpose.
