Refund policy

We accept returns of unopened, sealed product within 7 days of delivery for a full refund by bank transfer, minus courier costs. Because this is a skincare product, opened bottles cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless faulty. If your parcel arrives damaged or leaking, send photos on WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery and we will replace it at no cost. Refunds are processed within 5 working days of receiving the returned item.
